BC students lay siege to the residence of Pithani Satya Narayana
The students belonging to the Backward Classes on Tuesday, laid siege to the residence of Minister for Social welfare, Pithani Satya Narayana. Demanding the Minister to release fees reimbursement arrears, the students under the aegis of BC Student federation, staged an indefinite sit-in-dharna, in front of the residence.
The demonstrator vented their ire & demanded the resignation of Mr.Satyanarayana, if the state government failed to resolve the present situation. In order to avoid worsening of the situation, the police personnel arrived on the spot & arrested the angry mobs.
