Samaikyandhra JAC calls for bandh
Thursday gave a call to educational institutions in coastal and Rayalaseema regions to observe a bandh on Friday protesting against the assault on Lok Satta president Jayaprakash Narayan on the Assembly premises in Hyderabad.
In Visakhapatnam, Seemandhra JAC convener Adari Kishore Kumar gave call for bandh of all educational institutions under the jurisdiction of 14 universities in the region. He termed the attack a black day' for Indian democracy and wanted all political parties to strongly condemn it.
