The Legislative Assembly could not transact business on Tuesday, by the disruptions by the Opposition & Telangana Rashtra Samiti. The slogan-shouting TRS members, who stormed the Speaker's podium for the consecutive day, prevented the House from taking up the agenda listed by the Business Advisory Committee of the Assembly.

Repeated appeals by Deputy Speaker Nadendla Manohar and Legislative Affairs Minister D. Sridhar Babu, for allowing the House to function went in vain forcing the Chair, to repeatedly adjourn the proceedings amid the pandemonium. The protest continued in the evening session too with the TRS members remaining unrelenting.
