If the JPC demand over the 2G spectrum scam led to the washout of the last Winter Session of Parliament, it looks like the Telangana issue is set to dominate the current Budget Session. The TRS president, Mr K. Chandrasekhar Rao, who had sought an adjournment motion on the Telangana issue, raised it during Question Hour in the Lok Sabha on Tuesday. As the Speaker, Ms Meira Kumar, told him that she would give him an opportunity to raise it during Zero Hour, he left the House in a huff.
