Even as the Congress high command is struggling to pacify Telangana Rashtra Samithi president K Chandrasekhara Rao on the Telangana issue, it is facing a fresh trouble from Madiga Reservation Porata Samithi leader Manda Krishna Madiga.

The Dalit leader on Thursday set the deadline of March 1 to the Centre for introducing the Bill on categorization of SC reservations in the ongoing budget session of parliament, failing which he threatened to launch a major agitation.

He demanded that the Chief Minister lead a fresh delegation of all party representatives to Delhi and mount pressure on the Centre. He said if the Bill was not adopted in this session, the MRPS would paralyse the government and administration.
