Chief Minister N.Kiran Kumar Reddy extended his stay in New Delhi by another day to hold discussions with central leadership including the Union Home Minister P.Chidambaram. Sources said the Chief Minister after a meeting with the party president was asked to stay back for another day and meet the Union Home Minister and Congress Core Committee members.

It is understood that the prevailing political situation will figure in the meeting. The Chief Minister also met finance minister Pranab Mukherjee on saturday.
