Ministers from all major political parties sent a request to Minister for Secondary Education K Parthasarathy to hold the intermediate examinations as per schedule but postpone the exam scheduled for 10th March. The Ministers explained that students would face difficulty if the exam is scheduled on the same day.

Minister Parthasarathy said that the same will be discussed with the Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy and a final decision on weather to hold the exam on the same date will be finalised by today. He said a reply to the courts notice will be filed today.
