March 10 Inter exam not postponed

State to conduct Class X, Inter exams as per original schedule
Putting an end to the prolonged suspense, the State government finally announced its decision to conduct the annual examinations for SSC and Intermediate as per the original schedule without alteration of the dates fixed for any subject.
This, in effect, means that the English paper of Intermediate II year will be conducted as announced earlier on March 10 in spite of the Million March being organised in the State capital at the behest of the Telangana joint action committee.
The government had also asked the Centre not to change the schedule of the CBSE examinations for different classes with a view to synchronising the results of all these examinations to ensure better admission prospects for the students later.
The decision was taken by the Education Department after Minister for Secondary Education K. Parthasarathy discussed the issue with Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy on Saturday.
