Intermediate exams from today
With the Intermediate examinations all set to begin from today, all the photocopying centres nearby the exam centres have been closed. According to Board of Intermediate Education, all arrangements have been made for the smooth conduct of the exam.
Candidates having shortage of attendance in Arts and Humanities stream were given hall-tickets treating them as 'private candidates'. Around 9,30,357 first year students will be taking the first language exam, while the total students taking Inter exams was about 18.9 lakhs. And, Exams are being held in 2,396 centres.
