" State Govt. will reinstall statues " : KKR

* " 65 persons were taken into custody ": CM
Chief Minister N.Kiran Kumar Reddy on Friday, joined issue with the opposition and strongly condemned the Tank bund violence assuring the members that, the government will install back the felled statues. The Chief Minister told the Assembly that as many as 65 persons were already arrested in this connection.
Stating that the police observed restraint while dealing with the agitators, Mr.Kiran Kumar Reddy admitted that in the process some mistakes took place. He pointed out that the police were given orders to observe restraint & not use even rubber bullets.
Mr.Reddy defended the police personnel & remarked that, permission to the million march was denied on the grounds that pressure could be avoided. Stated that it was responsibility of all to keep the law and ensure that orders remains in the city, the Chief Minister assured that those found guilty will not be spared.
