Jupudi Prabhakar, MLC and a staunch supporter of YS Jagan mohan Reddy on friday alleged that the ruiling Congress and the main opposition the Telugu Desam party cheated upon the Minorites and Dalits in the MLC elections.

Jupudi accused Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy for sidelining Mohammed Jani who once was a close aid to the late Chief Minister YS Rajashekara Reddy. The MLC said, the Congress feared to loose the elections because of which it made Pratiba Bharati stand as the fourth contestant for the party. He alleged that this move has sidelined the dalits.
