In one of the brutually murder cases.. Former maoist, TRS leader Sambasivudu was murdered cruelly late in the night. This incident occurred after he was returning from Telangana Dhum dhaam. Samabasivudu is former Maoist Secretary of AP. He was killed by unidentified persons who arrived in Maruti 800cc.

Later died while on the way to the hospital. The former Maoist's dead body is shifted to Gandhi hospital. He is the prime accused in over 80 cases, notably the Balimela attack on June 29, 2008, in which 38 Greyhounds cops were killed and the Alipiri landmine blast on then chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu. Samabasivudurecently joined TRS party.
