Even after the session was suspended, there was a minor clash between the MLAs. Minister YS Vivekananda Reddy and MLAs owing allegiance to Jagan Mohan Reddy went towards the TDP MLAs. They argued with each other and Minister Mohd. Ahmadulla Syed intervened and tried to cool down the situation.

The TDP MLAs displayed placards with the words "YSR Dongala Mutha" on them. Agriculture Minister and brother of YSR, YS Vivekandanda Reddy took strong exception to it and was supported by MLAs of the Jagan group. YS Vivekananda Reddy went towards Chintamaneni Prabhkar and forcefully took away his placard. He later manhandled Gali Muddukrishnama Naidu and Denduluru MLA Chintamaneni Prabhakar.
