After manhandling TDP MLA in the assembly, Y.S.Vivekananda Reddy Minister of Agriculture later in the evening assembly session gave an explanation on his act in the Assembly on Monday. The Minister said he could not tolerate the opposition leaders abusing his brother and Great Leader late Y.S.Rajashekar Reddy. Mr. Reddy even apologized the MLA's for his behaviour.
