Former Telugu Desam Party MLA, Pocharam Srinivas Reddy met Deputy Speaker Nadendla Manohar Reddy in the city on Tuesday. Mr Pocharam Srinivas urged Deputy Speaker to approve his resignation. Speaking to the newspersons, Mr. Srinivas said that he can go freely into the public once his resignation is approved.

The Former MLA charged Telugu Desam Party for maintaining a double stand on the Telangana issue. Mr Srinivas called on the Telangana people not to commit any more suicides for the sake of a separate Telangana state.
