With just few hours left for the final battle between India and Srilanka in the World Cup today, special prayers were offered across the state. Extending their heartfelt wishes, the young enthusiasts and cricket fans performed devotional rituals with a strong desire. In this regard, the students of Andhra University organized a vedic ritual of Maha-Yagam at R.K.Beach, in Vizag city. With cricket fever catching up, several fans were seen with Indian tri colour painted on their heads and shaving their hair to form World Cup.
