Kadapa Lok Sabha seat : Congress faces uphill task

The Congress is facing an uphill task in identifying the right candidate ' to take on former MP and YSR Congress Party candidate, Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy, in the byelections to the Kadapa Lok Sabha seat on May 8th. The names of former MLA Varadarajulu Reddy and Health Minister D.L. Ravindra Reddy are under consideration.
Congress leaders reportedly are also trying to rope in TDP MP Mysoora Reddy or senior party leader Kandula Rajamohan Reddy. Notwithstanding a couple of meetings, Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy and APCC president D.Srinivas had with Congress leaders from Kadapa, the probable candidates are reportedly imposing conditions' to contest the polls.
