20 point programme Chairman Tulasi Reddy expressed hope that the ruling congress will emerge as a winner in the upcoming by-poll elections to Kadapa Parliament and Pulivendula assemblies. Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy, Kadapa party incharge Minister Kanna Lakshminaryana, Ministers Vivekananda Reddy, Ahemdulla, DL Ravindrareddy and other leaders from the districts met at the CM's camp office on tuesday.

YS Vivekananda Reddy's name is almost finalised for contesting the Pulivendula assembly seat. After emerging from the meeting it has been reported that nominations will be filed by 16th this month. The candidate to contest for Kadapa Parliamentary seat is yet to be finalised in a meeting to be held today, said Tulasi Reddy.
