Taking objection to delay in execution of the Pulichintala Project a delegation of Telugu Desam Party MLAs demanded that the State government to include the project in the priority list and complete it as early as possible.

The delegation led by party district president Devineni Umamaheswara Rao and Ponnur MLA Dhulipalla Narendra Kumar on Saturday said once completed it would pass on the benefits to farmers in the three districts of Prakasam, Guntur and Krishna. The TDP leaders enquired with the irrigation officials and employees of the Srinivasa Constructions about the progress of works at the site.
