The former Minister and staunch loyalist of Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy, Konda Surekha on Sunday, called upon all the followers & supporters of young leader in Kadapa, to teach a lesson for D.L.Ravindra who made baseless allegations on him. She dared Congress candidate and other Congressmen, to campaign for the by-election without using YSR's name or carrying his portrait.

Accusing Dr. Ravindra Reddy of trying to terrorise YSR Congress functionaries in Mydukur segment, Surekha challenged him during her campaign in Proddatur town to secure a majority in his own constituency over Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy. About 150 families joined YSR Congress in Proddatur in her presence. She also participated in Mr. Y. S. Jaganmohan Reddy's election campaign in Mydukur constituency.
