Naidu's Rally Sham: Lakshmi Parvathi
Reacting to the anti-corruption foot-march undertaken by Telugu Desam Party President N Chandrababu Naidu, NTR Telugu Desam Party President Lakshmi Parvathi on Monday criticized Naidu, and said that he had no moral right to spearhead anti-corruption rallies.
Earlier, on Saturday, Naidu had urged the government to confiscate the properties of all corrupt persons, and said that bureaucratic officials and politicians should be targeted first. Commenting on the TDP President's statement, the late former Chief Minister NTR's wife Lakshmi Parvathi charged that he should be the first one to be cornered. Calling the rally a big sham, Lakshmi Parvathi said that hypocrisy will not get Naidu any political mileage.
