Traffic restrictions on August 18, 19
President Pratibha Patil will arrive in the state on a two-day visit to the city today. The President will participate in the convention 'World Congress Of Mathematicians', to be held at HICC. She is scheduled to make the Presidential address there. Patil will stay at the Raj Bhavan during her trip, and will leave for New Delhi on a special flight, on August 19 evening.
