Is Jagan proving too hot for Congress?

An aggressive campaign unleashed by Jagan Mohan Reddy ahead of the Kadapa by polls is proving too hot for the Congress, which has marshalled nearly 15 ministers and the veteran Kandula brothers to take on the YSR Congress chief. With stakes running high, political analysts believe this battle could alter the political equations in the state.
While Jagan is contesting the Kadapa Lok Sabha seat against health minister D L Ravindra Reddy and TDP's M V Mysoora Reddy, his mother Y S Vijayalakshmi is seeking re-election from Pulivendula. Incidentally, the bypolls are not just a fight between Jagan's new party and Congress but a power tussle within the YSR family as well.
