The overall health condition of Sathya Saibaba continues to be critical and the functioning of his liver as also the slow improvement shown by other organs is cause of 'little worry' even as Sri Sathya Saibaba Central Trust denied reports of diversion of funds or unauthorised expenditure.

The Trust asserted that all projects and works of the trust were approved by Saibaba, the founder trustee, who only had the power to sign cheques for disbursing payments for approved works. According to the health bulletin released at 6 p.m. on Monday, Saibaba continued to be on assisted respiration and was maintaining stability in the vital parameters.
