Unidentified persons hurled slippers at the convoy of Minister for Medical and Health D.L. Ravindra Reddy and raised slogans against the Congress, in Kalasapadu in Badvel constituency on Wednesday. Dr. Ravindra Reddy, who is contesting as the Congress candidate for the Kadapa Lok Sabha constituency, was confronted by people at a few places in mandal on Thursday.

They questioned the Minister for launching a tirade against former Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy and YSR Congress president Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy. They also sought to know why he was canvassing with YSR's portrait.
