Chief Minister, Mr N Kiran Kumar Reddy's predecessor, Mr K Rosaiah on friday said the Kadapa by-polls are not extra ordinary. The ex-chief minister opined that their would not be any by-elections after the by-polls. Rosaiah was Chief Guest at the Arya-Vysya oath taking ceremony held at Shamshabad. He expressed hope that the Congress will win the Kadapa by-polls. Speaking further, he said that he would campaign for two days in kadapa district.
