APCC team complains Chief Electoral Officer against Jagan

A four-member Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee delegation on Saturday lodged a complaint with Chief Electoral Officer Bhanwarlal at Secretariat that, Kadapa Lok Sabha candidate and YSR Congress Party president Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy was unconstitutionally displaying the photograph of late Y S Rajasekhara Reddy.
The representatives APCC Vice-President Madasu Gangadhar, General Secretaries R Padma Raju, Gidugu Rudra Raju and legal cell convenor B Srinivas Goud handed over a letter to Mr Bhanwarlal stating that Mr Reddy, contesting with ceiling fan symbol, was using the photograph of his late father Rajasekhara Reddy who was a congressman, in his campaign through posters, banners and other media.
Hence, Mr Jagan's act calls for evaluation by the Election Commission of India. Mr Jagan's act also tarnishes the image of leaders of the stature of Rajasekhara Reddy, the APCC representatives alleged in the letter, a copy of which was released to the media in the city.
