The YSR Congress Party on tuesday lodged a complaint with the Election Commission on tuesday over the by-polls. In their letter to the EC, the YSR Congress leaders alleged that in order to lure voters in Pulivendula constituency, about 1 lakh sarees were been arranged by Congress Party contestant YS Vivekananda Reddy.

The YSR Congress leaders alleged the whole planning was being executed by Vivekanada's secretary. They further demanded the EC to issue notices to Minister TG Venkatesh whom they allege is involved in distributing money in Produtoor constituency. The Party further complained of facing problems of biase by Policemen in Lingala Mandal.
