Minister of Transport Botcha Satyanarayana on Wednesday stated that, the welfare schemes of late YSR will help young leader jagan in Kadapa By-Elections. Talking to newspersons in Tirupati Mr. Satyanarayana Rao stated that, Congress Party would give a strong fight to YSR Congress. Talking further, the Minister demanded that, the charges should be taken against leaders who were indulged in Malpractices at the time of elections.
