Jagan Trying To Impress BJP: Cong

Rajya Sabha MP and senior Congress leader V Hanumantha Rao on Friday stated that YSR Congress Party President Y S Jaganmohan Reddy was making baseless allegations against Congress President Sonia Gandhi in order to curry favour with the Bharatiya Janata Party. Talking to media persons at his residence in Amberpet, the senior Congress leader stated that Jagan was maligning Sonia Gandhi with an agenda.
However, Rao said that people of the Kadapa constituency would not believe Jagan's words, and would teach him a fitting lesson in the by-elections. The Congress leader also wondered aloud as to why the BJP was not raising its voice against the rampant corruption activities of Jagan. "The Congress members have substantial evidence to produce before the courts on Jagan's illegal assets and properties," Rao stated.
