TDP Chief, Mr N. Chandrababu Naidu, has strongly condemned the attack on the MIM MLAs, Mr.Owaisi and Mr Ahmed Balala, while they were on a padayatra in the Chandrayangutta on Saturday. In a statement, the TDP president stated that the incident showed that the government has totally failed to maintain the law and order situation in the State.

Stating that the government was not in a position to offer protection to even to the people's representatives, he said that it was because of the inefficiency of the government that criminals had become active all over the State.
