Cong urges CEO to take action against Jagan

The PCC submitted a memorandum to the Chief Electoral Officer on Monday seeking action against the YSR Congress Party Chief, Mr Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy, for violating the election code of conduct and rules by indulging in improper, violent and terrorizing activities.
The PCC vice-president, Mr Madasu Gangadhar, the general secretaries, Mr R Padmaraju and Mr G Rudraraju and PCC legal cell and election control room coordinators, Mr B Srinivas Goud and Mr G Rama Rao, have lodged a complaint against Mr Jagan with the press clippings.
They alleged that Mr Jagan went on record stating that he would lead his followers to Komannuthala police station. This indicates their anti-democratic and dictatorial tendencies.
