Telugu Desam Party President N. Chandrababu Naidu on tuesday said the Congress would only settle with three seats in the Kadapa by-polls. Babu said he received great response from the people in the region during his campaigning and road shows in Kadapa, however few parties who couldn't digest the response, targeted him with a planned attack.

The TDP Chief alleged on a secret deal between the BJP and Jagan group, because of which the party kept mum on the young leaders illegally accquired wealth, whereas it was fighting corruption on a national level. Babu accused the Congress government and Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy for conspiring to break the TDP into two groups.
