The state is all set to witness the crucial Kadapa by-polls on Sunday. Political experts are of the opinion that these elections may change the phase of politics in the state. Every political party, specially the Ruling Congress and YSR Congress have taken the elections as a matter of pride. Meanwhile the election commission has made ellaborate arrangements in terms of security to ensure smooth conduct of these elections.
