Repolling today in one Kadapa polling station

The Election Commission of India has ordered repoll in polling station No. 108, having 906 voters, at Bellam Mandi under the Kadapa Lok Sabha constituency. The election authorities have appealed to the voters to exercise their franchise.
The repoll was ordered by the ECI on the Returning Officer's recommendation, as an electronic voting machine developed a technical snag after 115 voters polled their votes on Sunday. The faulty EVM was replaced, but the voters did not turn up subsequently, necessitating a repoll.
