MLA targets CEO, Kadapa SP

Congress leaders continued their tirade against the Election Commission and the officials responsible for conduct of by-polls to Kadapa Lok Sabha and Pulivendula Assembly constituencies.
Alleging that the CEO had acted as an 'agent' of the YSR Congress, he contended that two persons, in Kamalapuram mandal were allowed to stay in their houses in the village, despite clear EC directions that non-voters should be sent away on the day of polling.
He said he had served a notice of breach of privilege against the Kadapa SP Tarun Joshi alleging that he was confined to his house on the polling day, though there was no written direction.
