The endowments Minister Jupalli Krishna Rao has made it clear that there was no need for his Padayatra demanding creation of separate Telangana State, if all the ministers from Telangana region submitted their resignations.

Speaking to the newspersons, Jupalli Krishna Rao has stated that the ministers from Telangana region should have submitted their resignations when the Seemaandhra leaders had obstructed the process of creation of Telangana, announced by the Union Home Minister Chidambaram on December 9, 2009.

Demanding the CM to accept his resignation from the cabinet, the Minister has opined that the Chief Minister was not accepting his resignation expecting that pressure will mount on remaining ministers.
