Tragic incident took place in the day light in Zaffergadh Mandal of Warangal district this afternoon. A intermediate student was thrashed in her residence. Monica, who is a native of Ragunathapalli was brutally hit on her head by Babu a resident of Wardhannapeta of the same district.
Babu tried to rape Monica, but when Monica was trying to defend herself, this incident took place. Local residents vent their anger and burnt Babu, the accussed alive. Meanwhile Monica is shifted to NIMS hospital in the city.
