MID-DAY crime reporter J Dey shot dead in Mumbai
A top journalist was shot dead in broad daylight in Powai area in Mumbai, Yesterday. Crime reporter of Mid-Day J Dey was allegedly shot by unidentified persons at close range outside his residence. J Dey was admitted to Hiranandani hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. Initial reports said two unidentified persons shot at Dey who was covering underworld and crime for a long time. As per sources he was facing threats from the mafia.
