The pro telangana activists from Kakatiya University staged a demonstration, by climbing atop of district congress committee party building, in Warangal. The enthusiasts demanded that the Telangana Congress MLAs resign for their posts and join the telangana movement in full strength and come back to their districts.

The students criticized that the Telangana congress MLAs, for acting like puppets in the hands of the congress high command. Later, the police contingents swung into action, pacified the angry mobs and taken into the custody.
