TPJAC suspends all programs, TRS to observe 3 day mourning

Expressing his immense shock and grief at the passing away of TRS founder member and Professor Kothapalli Jayashankar, TRS president K Chandrasekhar Rao declared that, the party would observe a three-day mourning period as a mark of respect to the departed soul.
Meanwhile, Telangana Political Joint Action Committee convenor said that all official programmes and functions would be suspended for three days as a mark of respect to the late Telangana ideologue. KCR said that the Professor's death was a huge loss for the Telangana region in general and to the separate statehood movement in particular. He called on all the Telangana protagonists to work with renewed vigor, to fulfill Jayashankar's dream of a separate Telangana state.
