The state minister for textiles Dr.Shankar Rao demanded to rename the Kakatiya University into professor Jayashankar. He stated that, the letters would be soon addressed to governor and chief minister. He alleged that the miscreants who manhandled him at warangal, were united andhra activists.

Taking a strong exception on the attack, he remarked the act of occurrence as 'inhumanity'. Reacting on the obscenities of Survey Satyanarayana, the minister said that, an action will be soon taken on MP.
