Supreme Court order on black money today
On its opening day after the summer vacation, the Supreme Court will
pass interim orders on the black money issue tomorrow. The Supreme Court will pass order on revealing names of 26 Indians who kept black money in LGT bank. The Centre had opposed revealing the names of 26 account holders saying it would violate bi-lateral agreement.
The Supreme Court is also likely to pass orders on demand for Special Investigating Team to track black money abroad. The Centre was also opposed to forming a special investingating team on this issue.
