Bouquets and brickbats poured in for PCC general secretary and former TTD Trust Board Chairman B. Karunakar Reddy, even as his indefinite fast entered the third day on Sunday. While he received support from unexpected quarters, several of his party colleagues ridiculed the fast attempt as a diversion tactic'.

The all-party meeting organised by Tirumala Tirupati Parirakshana Committee' here on Sunday flayed Mr. Reddy for undertaking an indefinite fast demanding an enquiry into his acts of commission and omission during his stint at the helm of TTD affairs and felt it would serve no purpose.
