KTR The TRS legislator from Sircilla, asserted that the United Andhra Pradesh agitation is not having peoples backing, but it was created by some Seemandhra capitalists, who were keen on stalling the creation of separate Telangana State. He also suggested to the Congress High Command to hold discussions, with the Seemandra leaders and convince them in favour of separate Telangana state.

KTR said that the propaganda that something would happen if Presidents rule was imposed in the State was not correct. Mr Rama Rao thanked all the sections that are supporting the Telangana bandh.
