Botcha's parleys with T-Ministers fail

The parleys between the PCC president, Botcha Satyanarayana, and ministers from the Telangana region ended in utter failure.During the meeting, when the PCC chief appealed to the Telangana ministers to withdraw their resignations and get back to work, the latter refused to do so without any positive assurance from the Centre on the burning issue.
The ministers, Basavaraju Saraiah, DK Aruna, Ramreddy Venkat Reddy, Sudarshan Reddy, Ponnala Lakshmaiah and Sabita Indira Reddy participated in the talks. Making it clear that they would not have political future if they withdrew resignations without a positive response from the Centre, they told the PCC chief that they were not prepared to withdraw their resignations.
They reportedly urged Botcha to convey their feelings and advise the party high command to hold consultations at least on the Telangana issue.
