Osmania University Students JAC has threatened to obstruct the Group-I preliminary examination, to be held on September 5, if no decision is taken on the share of Telangana candidates in the state wide posts. In a memorandum submitted to APPSC Secretary M. Gopal, the Students JAC said that they will obstruct the examination if the APPSC goes ahead with its plan and they should not be held responsible for it.
