BJP MP Ram Jethmalani has alleged that the biggest names in Congress were involved in stashing of 1,500 billion US $ in foreign banks, mainly Swiss. Germany furnished to India some of these names but they were not disclosed because they belonged to the ruling party. On the contrary, the British and American governments were compelled to give names of their own people who were involved in similar act. India was an exception, he told a press conference on Saturday. On a visit to address a meeting in support of separate Telangana, Mr. Jethmalani said the issue was being fought out in courts. However, he said he had a grievance against those who owned the media refusing to cooperate in disclosure of names citing confidentiality clause imposed on Germans who furnished the information.
