As Chief Minister K Rosaiah and other important ministers would participate during the foundation stone laying of the NTPC- BHEL project in Chittoor, Telugu desam party president would also be visiting the district today. Mr. Naidu would be touring Kuppam after a very long time, Kuppam also happens to be his own constituency. This time Babu will be on a four day tour to kuppam. He would participate in a few development programmes in the region. He woulkd later return to the city on September 4th.
