Congress Kadapa MP Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy's Odarpu Yatra evoked good response on the second day in the erstwhile naxalite strongholds in Giddalur Assembly constituency of Prakasam district on Saturday. Flanked by his uncle Y.V. Subba Reddy and the Mines Minister Balineni Srinivasa Reddy, and Darsi MLA B.Sivaprasad Reddy, the Kadapa MPs tour could cover only three mandals of Cumbum, Ardhaveedu Bestavaripeta as against five mandals planned for the day. People, particularly women and youth, lined up and waited patiently for hours together to have a glimpse of the son of late Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy. Steering clear of controversies, Mr. Jagan rekindled the memories of YSR, shook hands with people, signed autographs and hugged babies to get closer to the people.
